TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices include 14% South African VAT.

Individuals, who are permanent non-South African residents, and entities situated beyond the borders of South Africa, are exempt from South African VAT.

Prices include free delivery to any destination in South Africa as well as free delivery to the nearest appropriate international airport in Botswana, Angola, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe, providing that South African Airways or an affiliated partner operate flights to such destinations. Delivery charges to other African states will be provided prior to ordering by written quotation.

Individuals who are permanent non-South African residents, and entities situated beyond the borders of South Africa, might be required to pay Customs & Excise duties, surcharges, levies and taxes imposed by the local authorities in the country where the product is to be delivered.

Unless otherwise stated, all product prices exclude on site services, including installation, configuration and training. These services and many others are however available throughout Africa at recognised South African ICT industry rates. Should such services be desired then a written quotation in this regard will be provided.

Payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express will be accepted but will be subject to a 2.5% surcharge payable by the card holder. Identification verification and other references may be requested prior to the acceptance of credit card orders.

Most products can be delivered ex stock on a next-day basis, or if not ex stock then usually between 10 and 20 business days after acceptance of order. Delivery of high-volume and professional production Braille embossers usually takes between 6 and 12 weeks as these are only assembled to firm order.

All products carry the manufacturer's or publisher's Factory Warranty. This is typically a 2-year warranty but could in some instances be limited to 1-year or even to 90 days. A 2-Year and 3-Year Neville Clarence Technologies (Pty) Ltd. {link} Maintenance Plan is however available on most adaptive hardware and adaptive software. Similar to short-term insurance, Maintenance Plans may also be purchased on a monthly basis with payments being made by debit order.
